The Cabinteely Tidy Towns Team has been notified by the Department of the Environment and Local Government\u00a0 that it has nominated Cabinteely for the ‘Ireland’s Best Kept Towns’ competition. The competition covers all 32 counties and is organised by the Department of the Environment and Local Government and the Northern Ireland Amenity Council. The Department nominates 8 towns by size category. Cabinteely would be the nomination for Category ‘D’. The winners will be notified in May and the Awards Ceremony will be in Belfast in June. We hope this will encourage more residents and businesses to help with our work.<\/div>\n
