Other News and Noteworthy

  • Cabinteely Crossroads Céilí took place in the village on Saturday 27th July. The weather was fantastic on the evening and there was much ‘ceol agus craic’. We did a special clean-up on Sunday 28th to keep the place looking ship-shape for the rest of the month.
  • Congratulations to St Brigid’s GNS on gaining their 6th Green Schools Flag. This was awarded by Green Schools for achievements in the area of bio diversity. Only five schools in the country have been awarded a 6th Green Flag. The next generation are leading the way in protecting our community!

  • There was a good turnout for the Park Estate cleanup on the 26th of January. Thanks to everyone who came along on the day – both all of the regular crew as well as some welcome newcomers.
